OUR STORY
It all began with a vision of making technology available and made as an integral part of every smart and connected project. Established in 2014, Ubitechnology is one of the pioneers in Smart and Connected Projects in the Philippines. The blueprint created by Cisco in 2008 was further advanced through the efforts of Ubitechnology. Soon after, it became the implementing arm of Centios which was formed via a joint venture between Cisco and Korea Telecom (KT), to become the ICT Masterplanners of Smart Communities in the Philippines.
We are a firm advocate of the Planning-Design-Implementation-Operation (P-D-I-O) Business Concept for the Smart and Connected Projects.
To date, Ubitechnology has successfully undertaken one of the biggest Smart Home projects in Metro Manila and is an active consultant for leading real estate developers on the Smart, Connected Space.
Ubitechnology is also pioneering in the smart parking solution, currently in the implementation stage in the biggest mall of AyalaMalls.
OUR HIGHLIGHTS
Ubitechnology was born and became the ancillary support and Systems Integrator for Centios PH.
Ubitechnology quickly established itself as a leading proponent of Smart and Connected projects in the Philippines. The company worked on several big projects such as the integrated Operations Center for Asean City, Active, Passive and Home Automation Project for Alphaland Makati Place, and the management of their Triple-Play for their tenants.
Became the ICT consultant of Alveo Land’s Park Cascade Project.
Ubitechnology showcased its ICT expertise by completing several projects, namely, Alphaland Makati Place’s Active, Passive and Home Automation Project in Alveo Land’s Park Cascade Showroom in their HQ in BGC, and the ICT Masterplanner of Alveo Land’s Evo City.
As pioneers in the smart parking solution, Ubitechnology is currently in the implementation stage of the Intelligent Parking Project of AyalaMalls Manila Bay, their biggest mall to date.
